Do l have to purchase a membership to use your services?
No, we do not require you to purchase a membership. You can use our services one-time, weekly, monthly, or ongoing. The choice is yours to make.


Do you charge for an Initial Consultation?
No, initial consultations are always free.


What areas of Los Angeles County do you serve?
We serve Hollywood, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills.


How much do you charge?
Kaspar Solutions LLC charges $40/hour with a 2 hour minimum.


What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and check.


Do you offer any discounts?
Yes, if you elect to purchase upfront 10 hours of concierge services for the month you receive a 10% discount.


What if I don’t use all 10 hours in one month?
Any hours that remain unused at the end of the month are rolled over for use during the next month.


Are you insured?
Yes, Kaspar Solutions LLC is bonded and insured.


Do you have a cancellation policy?
There is no charge if you cancel 24 hours or more before your service. If scheduled services are cancelled less than 24 hours before the date scheduled, a $25 cancellation fee will be billed.
